Crest Whitening Strips start a little over $10 and go up to $40. Something else that might help is Crest Vivid White tooth paste it is around $5 I think. I use these two things together (the tooth paste right after I complete the whitening strips) and they work wonderfully together but should be fine separate. I would also suggest investing in a good tooth brush. The electric kind are the best but the battery operated is still better than the old manual kind. The tooth brush will help naturally whiten your teeth and keep them white.

Good Luck!

Mix some baking soda with hydrogen peroxide, brush your teeth with that mixture - not to be used instead of toothpaste.
