If you feel he has healed well..then yes, let him out...BUT supervise him...don't leave him out alone. Good Luck.

Why would you want to let her out. h i get it you want the following to happen!
Killed on road
Killed by a dog
Killed by a thug, could either burn the cat alive, behead it (has been known), throw her infront of a car, set firework on her.
Feline aids
Leukemia
Fights with other cats
Fleas.
Just let her out now if you want!!!!! But to answer your question the vets say if you are going to let a cat out (ther advice against it) to do it as soon as the stiches have healed.

If the cat is a boy then yes certainly, as he should have no stitches.
Girls need to wait until their stitches come out, 2 weeks after the op!

Give it about six weeks. cat's are Ba****d's and they will play on your emotion's. I have two of them and they disappear for days just to annoy me. When I really start to panic, they turn up at the door laughing. "B*****d's.
