I have a few good summer drinks. One of my all-time favorites is:
Champagne Martini. The way I made them is 2/3 Champagne (whatever kind you like) and 1/3 Cointreau Orange Liqueur.
Last summer was the classic and easy, Grey Goose and Cranberry. Good for sitting in a hot tub and drinking, or a good Sex on the Beach.

I call it the "summer wind"--vodka, splash of triple sec and lime juice, sour mix, cranberry juice, 7-up,tonic and soda water--garnish with a lime wedge-
It may be a lot of ingredients, but you can make a big batch--everyone I've served it to has called it "refreshing"
