Correct translation of 'wake up' is "sveglia".
Wake up, it's time to go ! = Sveglia,è ora di andare !.
Previous answers writing "svegliati" would be "wake you up" or "you, wake up" that translates also "svegliatevi"(addressed to more people). If you instead mean "to wake up" ,infinitive tense, then it's "svegliare" while "to wake oneself up" in Italian is "svegliarsi".

"Early" translates in Italian the adverbs 'presto, per tempo, di buon'ora'. It can be also uused to translate 'al principio' or 'all'inizio' as in 'early in the list' that's in Italian "all'inizio della lista".
"Early" translates also several Italian adjectives:
the early part of the movie = la parte iniziale del film
an early reiser = una persona mattiniera
an early death = una morte prematura
at an early date = a una data prossima (prossimamente)
