It all depends on if the guy is a jerk or not. If they love you and care about you and know you dont want anyone to know they will keep it a secret. But if they are jerks who just want to get some they will brag about it forever and ever, until they get into the pants of another girl. That is why it is always best to do it with someone you trust and love. Be smart and dont go for a jerk.
