Once a leech always a leech, you have to get as far away as possible. You already see their games, so no need to tell them anymore. Just slowly create distance from them.

Without any detail that's difficult to answer. It sounds like you have a lot of anger toward this person. It's difficult to do but you may want to try to separate your emotions from what is actually taking place. Try to see the parent as a person. Try to see things from the parents perspective. What is going on in this person's mind? What issues is this person dealing with? Are you able to feel compassion for this person? If you lived in this persons shoes how would you handle these issues? Once you are able to separate your emotions from the actual scene, it may help you see things from a different perspective. At that point it may be helpful to open a dialogue with this person to get their point of view. Once you've gotten there, things may start to resolve themselves.
This is not an easy process but if you are able to look past the surface and see the offending parent as a vulnerable human being it may help you to dissipate some of your anger. That will go a long way toward helping you both.
