This is the seventh day for our puppy with parvo. He is on oral antibiotics and oral medicine for vomiting. I was giving him pedialyte (human, unflavored), very little at a time, but he's still vomiting some. The time between his intake of liquid and vomiting is getting longer, is this a good sign? Should I try filtered water instead?

A dog with parvo really needs to be at a vets so it can have intravenous fluids.

The fact that it is still vomiting means it will not be keeping those essential antibiotics inside it, or the fluids. Please spend the extra money on a vet stay, you can probably visit him every day, and he will get better quicker. Home treatment is risky with parvo, even with veterinary-supplied medicine.

This dog needs to be on fluids. If you can't afford a vet stay, ask your vet for fluids that can administered under the skin. This way your dog will not be able to throw up those necessary fluids.

mix lots of vitamin c with the pedialyte every 4 hrs!! you cant OD em on vitamin c!! it will boost its immune system to beat it out!! and please dont over feed him OR over hydrate! conflicting i know... but over hydrating it can tire its liver, which the parvo will attack if it gets weak, over feeding can cause a relapse!
