You've reminded of the joke about the child who ran naked through the room full of his parents guests, after using his mum's vanishing cream, he thought he'd be invisible:-)

You'd likely end up with a blob on the floor, inside the child's mind, anyway:-)

It would depend on how powerful the cream and the age of the child. An anti-ageing cream that reduced your age by 10 years for example would cause a child under that age to disappear.
Okay I'm talking rubbish.
Nothing would happen, mostly because anti-ageing creams by and large do not do what they say they do.

It usually tells u on the box not to use anti aging cream until around the age of 30/35 as if used on younger skin it can actually speed up the aging process

Nothing of course since they really don't anti age anybody! They are really wrinkle creams and kids don't have wrinkles.
