What is the difference between the F-35 and the X-35 and who makes them?Also any info on the X-32 or any Joint Strike Fighter aicraft?

The X-35 is the F-35 is the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF). "X" is for experimental. Once the aircraft is accepted for production, then the designation changes. If it's in a "fly-off" then "Y" is added to the prefix.
Boeing is lead on the F35.
The F35's designed to replace the F16, F18 and Av8 (Harrier) among the services, and NATO allies. Taking the success of the F4 (and the spectacular failure of the F111B) as a guide, the basic components are modified for each service's unique needs. The gain will be a common logistical system.
Tactically, it's fairly stealthy-at least against ground threats, and will have the ability to carry the current and projected smart munitions.
Currently, the program's behind schedule-go figure, and the aircraft is over its target weight. Low-rate initial production is scheduled for the 2010-2012 timeframe.

The F-35 belongs to Lockheed Martin. The program is called Joint Strike fighter (JSF) there was a competition between Lockheed Martin and Boeing for designing the future of Fighters. They have come up to the F-35 the future. Vertically capabilities is one major reason for the production of this fighter.

X-35 is now in production as the F-35 (X meaning experimental) with a somewhat limited quantity on order. There are substantial cost overruns and some expectations of performance have not fully delivered as promised. Don't misunderstand, the plane will be far superior to the front line craft of other nations, and will grant a uniform 'economy of scale' for the US and allied forces that deploy it. It is expected to replace several different planes that are currently in service.

The X-32 was Boeing's entry into the JSF competition. It lost, not so much on performance, but because it was SO UGLY!
