royal canin.
natural choice contains wheat and soy and corn.
wheat is a very big allergin to dogs
soy hardens dogs artieries over time
and corn in their product is used as a filler.....
other good choices for you dog are eaglepack, wellness, or innova.

For now I'd go with the Royal Canin. No by products and no wheat of any kind. Play it safe and go with a better quality food.

Of the 2, I would go with the Royal Canin.. Check out the Wellness, it's a great food.

Royal Canin is better, but it's really expensive for what you actually get. I would rather feed Nutro Max if that's an option...but see how your dogs as individuals do on either one.

Nutro is a great food, all natural with NO animal by products. We feed our White German Shepherd Nurto Max dry food for large breed adults and her coat is silky and shiny and she is in GREAT health!

Royal Canin is better than Natural Choice but Nutro Ultra is better than either. It is what I feed my prized Poodles exclusively!

There is no difference in the nutrition. However, it is much healthier in that there are no chemicals used on organic foods. This is what makes it healthier for us and the environment.

Check with your vet.....That person is your real source of information. Most any commercial dog food is adequate, and has been tested for nutritional qualities. Some dogs like specific brands better than others.
