I have odd symptoms. I'm not sure if anyone can help. I have no health insurance so I can't just run out and see someone.

I have feeling of a lump in my throat. Doesn't hurt, just feels like something is caught there. At times, it's very hard to swallow. The only thing that relieves this feeling is if i make myself burp and it goes away for a few seconds but comes right back. What the heck is this. My neck is swollen. I have sharp pains going up my neck sometimes. I'm tired all the time. I've already had my tonsils removed. I don't "feel sick" other than this. Here's a list of the things that aren't bothering me:

No fever
No sore throat/ no drainage
No allergies
No sinus trouble/no stuffy nose or anything like that
I don't have heartburn. I don't have any other stomach problems.
I can breathe ok.
No chest pain.
I'm not on any medicine and I don't have any conditions that need treatment. Anybody have any idea?

Maybe you have something stuck in there.

Some people have strictures or a "web"-like flap of tissue in their oesophagus. Other diseases could cause similar symptoms: pharyngeal pouch / cancer of neck or throat (but we would expect you to have other symptoms - you list a lot of negatives so cancer is unlikely)

Other things that could cause this - this might be globus hystericus

Sounds like to me that you need to visit a doctor.. Insurance or no insurance... just go... There is no price tag on someones health and even if you have to pay small monthly payments you will be far better off in the future.. There is also help out there for people with no insurance , so just go.. You symtoms suggest something could be very wrong, but even if there is nothing wrong, you will feel much better just to know this.. Good luck but don't use the no insurance thing, just go and the rest will work out..

You need to go to the doctor. You may have something stuck in your throat or a growth (tumor). It could be something very simple or cancer. Go to the doctor and get this checked out. Insurance or not your health is important.

You may have Barrett's Esophagus, or a stricture, or enlarged esophageal varices. Go to the doctor, this is nothing to fool with.
