Per the AKC there are 3 sizes of Poodle: The Standard Poodle will be @ least 15" @ the withers but are usually 25 to 27" in the ring & weigh between 50 & 65lbs. The Miniature Poodle will be between 10 & 15" & the Toy is anything under 10". Teacup, tini toy & Royal Standard are merely marketing gimmicks for certain breeders producing the extremes @ both ends of the spectrum.

It varies. Toy poodles are usually 6-10 pounds and 7 or so inches tall. Mini poodles are 15-25 pounds and 10-15 inches tall. Standard poodles are 20 to 30 inches tall (these are all, the the shoulder heights) and 40-70 pounds...minis and toys stop growing when they are a year, standards stop growing at a year and a half. DON'T get a teacup poodle though because they aren't really full poodles and have health problems that cost ALOT of money to fix, not to mention recovery time.

Depends on the variety of poodle. Standards are good sized dogs, about the size of a labrador retriever. Miniatures are the medium sized variety, about the size of a cocker spaniel or a mini schnauzer. Toys are the little lap-dog variety, in the same size group as chihuahuas and pomeranians. There are also breeders who specialize in teacup and tiny versions of the Toy.
