There is no sin in the humanity...what some perceive as sin, is imperfection, disease or ignorance

We are part of the divine ...how can we be sinners??

Everyone is a sinner. We are all sinners in some form or another.
The Holy Bible teaches that we have all sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God.
Depends on what you believe, though. For me, I believe everyone is a sinner and anything that separates us from God is a sin.
If you don't believe that way, then the expression "who is a sinner" would be up to your interpretation. Being a sinner doesn't mean we are bad, just born into sinful world.

If sin really exists, I'm near the top f the list. :)

Anyway, to actually answer your question, no one is a sinner because sin is not real. There are simply the actions of humanity that are either appropriate or inappropriate in the given situation.

That's how I see things anyway. I'm sure lots o' people will disagree with me.

All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. There is none righteous, no not one. All we like sheep have gone astray, we've turned every one to his own way. We are all sinners. We all have forgiveness of sins. You can't benefit from that forgiveness if you don't believe in it.

To admit to being a sinner is to stated that one needs salvation. In my opinion, this is how the faith of Christianity works, a person is made to feel guilty, then the church can enters a person's mind to control them.

Sin in the original text in the bible means separated from God. Sin = separated from God means we are all sinners from our moment of birth if you believe in God. Anything that further separates you from God ie: lying, cheating, stealing, is a sin.

According to the Catholic faith everybody is a sinner. Also according to Catholicism, Jesus Christ was the only person who never sinned. That is why there is confession in the Catholic church.
