Restricting the debate time each senator and congressman can have has had a significant impact on the global warming gases emitted from the Capitol.
Furthermore, a study is underway to create a huge pipe to vacuum it all up into Canada.

The E.U. countries are trying to fight CO2 but many are failing. The U.S. did sign the Asia-Pacific Partnership on Clean Development and Climate agreement.

We do emissions testing, But the thing is, when something goes wrong on your car, lots of people can't afford to fix it...for example if you catalytic converter goes out on a honda, you have most places that want to charge you 700 to get it fixed.

They are using up the oil supplies as fast as possible in their huge cars so in a few years time things will get better.
