The NeoCons stipulated that Iraqis would benifit from America's invasion, and would be better served than they were under Saddam. However a comparison of the death and dislocation that has occured within Iraq since 2003 provides an interesting contrast. (Over 2 million refugees having fled the country, and an estimated 600,000 killed with countless thousands injured and wounded). And if we compare what that would mean if we translate the figures into similar numbers for the United States it becomes frightening, with over 23 million forced to flee and over 7 million killed. It is difficult to find the success from our invasion, when one sees the death, destruction, and dislocation that has resulted.

Iraq is no better off.
In fact, it's a lot worse off.

More dead, basic amenities are not available, and it's not safe at all to walk the streets.
Everyday, you worry if there will be another bomb blast.
You wonder if you husband or son will come back home alive.
Will your daughter be kidnapped today and come back in a body bag after being raped.

This is Bush and the Republican's version of utopia, of a democratic society.

Way to go. This is one experiment gone so wrong on so many levels.

No, the individuals have unleashed a wave of violence that's tearing the country aside. below Saddam human beings basically had to submit with a crazed dictator now the country is in an excellent extra suitable mess. human beings ought to submit with bloodthirsty American troops who kill, rape and torture something that strikes. in addition they ought to submit with sectarian militias who're killing human beings on the two facets of the Sunni/ Shia divide. added to this distant places Islamic fundamentalists are utilising the conflict as an excuse to hit the individuals via sending weapons and adult males into Iraq. Iraq replaced into undesirable below Saddam yet now that's a lot worse. that's maximum possibly that when the individuals bypass away the country will chop up right into a Kurdish North, Sunni Centre and Shia South. Iran could have extra impression interior the area than ever till now and the area would be much extra risky than that's now. The NeoCons are braindead morons who're easily in charge for transforming into an ecosystem the place terrorism can thrive and the place American weaknesses are uncovered, on a similar time they the morons easily have faith that they are doing away with terrorism and making u.s. greater

What you fail to point out is the Million of Iraqis who came HOME to Iraq in 2003... and yes, have left again.

IRAQ is better off than it was under Saddam, it's not GOOD right now, but we are so demanding of IMMEDIATE change it's ridiculous.

The United States took YEARS to settle out after the Revolution, and thousands of "Tories" fled. The Southern states after the Civil War took YEARS to settle out... and YES, many southerners FLED. Europe was a MESS following World War II, it took decades to recover, and MILLIONS fled.

BUT, 10-15-20 year later... things settle down and the world is right.

Ask Iraqi Christians, they have fled by the hundreds of thousands. Why is it that the press never covers the millions of Iraqis who have fled Iraq since the US Invasion. The place has become a killing field as deadly as Pol Pots Cambodia.

Without a doubt. But, you didn't want that answer, did you. Do you think a country is better off if women are cast on the trash heap the moment they are born? Do you think women are at the bottom of the stack, below animals, while men are on top? Well, if so, you are as wrong as you possibly can be. Women are all the way at the top of the heap. Men are dependent on women. To begin with, without a woman, YOU would not exist. You do exist because a woman, your mother, made it so, All you are or ever will be you OWE to a woman.

What 'occupation?'

Iraq has an elected government that is free to tell us to leave any time they feel like it.

I take it you have not been paying attention to current events.
