Simply put: hell no.
Edit: I'm willing to bet that everyone here who thinks this is okay is no where close to being an adult (or they're literally nuts). They're probably 13 themselves, in a rush to grow up. Or 16 year olds dating someone in their 20's. Don't be in such a hurry, growing up isn't all that great. The ONLY REASON a 17-18 year old will hook up with a 13 year old is for sex. An 18 year old always always always hangs out with people their age because they have stuff in common. No way would an 18 year old hang out with a 13 year old with pure motives...or level head.
And please, none of this "can't help who you love" crap. I guarantee you that, sure, the 13 year old THINKS they love this guy, but this guy? He sure as heck does not love this 13 year old. And no, you don't want sex thank goodness, but he does.

Age is just a number. I know guys that are 17/18 and they're FAR less mature than, say, 15/16 year olds, and even a bit less mature than some 13 year olds. I actually know a 19 year old who acts like he's 11.
Simply put, it depends on the case. I truly think if a girl is 13 and looking to date, date in your own league. You might think you're mature enough, but 13 is not a good time to go for someone so much older.

Well the 13 yo would only be able to date them or 1-2 years because one over the age of 18 they would be an adult. Second of all as far as I am concerned no 13 yo should date. Third of all what would a 13 year old find so attractive in a person 4-5 years older?

I dont think a 13 year old should go out with a 17 or 18 year old because there is so much difference. As a 13 year old you are changing and dont know exactly what you want in a man. When your 17 or 18 you want sex and want a touch girl or guy. Give it time. Wait alittle. Unless you love him dont date him..

Absolutely not! A 13 year old is too young. Plus, no offense, but what 17-18yr old would go out with a 13 year old? There has to be something wrong with him if he cant find someone his own age. I think a 2 year rule is fair - go out with someone 2 years older or 2 years younger. Not to mention, relationships like that never work out because he is older, drives and will be going off to college. A 13 year old is in middle school, wont drive for 3 more years and just turned a teen. Plus, your parents would kill you. Stick to someone around your own age - you'll be happier and things would work out better.

Stop wondering. You're 13 which means if a 17 or 18 goes out with you, he's likely to risk going to jail. Do you want that? You are even too young to know about that? You won't be 13 forever - in a few years, you will be going with 17 year olds because they will be in your age group. Just wait a while, OK?

No I don't think they should go out with these boys. Boys that age, even though they are not very mature are too mature for a 13 year old girl. For her to even go out with them means she might end up having sex before she's ready. And the boys could be charged with rape for having sex with her even if she says yes.
That is not a good idea at all.

In most cases it is wrong for a 13 year old going out with a 17 year old but one could not help who they like or love.

YES, because u can get confused in what u really want in a relationship and u dont really know how u feel about someone till Ur older and older boys want sex that's it believe me i dated a 19 year old when i was 14. not a good thing. just date people u own age.

Absolutely not. These guys are 100% hormone driven and their maturity level is beneath even 13 year olds. At this stage, you have NOTHING in common with this age bracket so there is only one thing that can be common ground...
Sex. And even though it happens, 13 year olds should not be having sex.
