If you don't cook it, and then either eat of refreeze it within 1 day, it must be discarded. Also, when cooking everything should be well done!

It depends on warm, meat should be kept cool at all times around 4oC and bacteria grows in warm conditions every 20 minutes, an area the size of a pin head has 1million bacteria, so in truth I wouldnt risk it.

Well you can check the meats temperature for one? Over 40*? Also how long was it "warm" for, if over 4 hours, at 40* plus, bacteria has already started to grow, same with your other cold foods...milk, eggs, cheese, fish? You should throw the stuff away if this has happened, don't refreeze, you will get sick:)

Don't bother cooking the meat.... if your fridge is already warm, it's best for your health just to throw everything away... this includes your milk, cheese and eggs too.... better safe than sorry... you don't need to get food poisoning...

NO way. It is spoiled(i.e. bacteria has already started to grow.) You will get sick for sure. Throw it all away, this includes milk, eggs, butter, oleo, meat, cheese, lunchmeat and anything that was in the freezer that is thawed. If it is still frozen, you can keep it.

I never mess around with meat and dairy that might have gotten too warm. Toss 'em out.
