The Real Culture of Tibetan Buddhists are now hosted in "Dharamshala" by India. Dalai Lama had to leave Tibet and now established in India near the Great Himalayas.
There was an incident in Swami Vivekananda's life when He was in a foreign country in a library. By coincidence while referring the various Holy Texts in many religions on the table, Bhagavad Gita happened to fall under all other Holy Texts. Seeing this the librarian commented, "See, Swamijie, your Bhagavad Gita is comparitively below all other Holy Texts and all other texts are above it. "
Swamijie replied immediately, " It is because Bhagavad Gita is there as a base, all other Holy Texts are still surviving in the World. Had Gita not been there as base all others would have been collapsed down already."

There is no kingdom/country on earth today that can be called 'spiritually powerful'.
Unless of course you can consider the members of God's Kingdom a country, albeit, a country that does not recognize the borders of human kingdoms.
