Just tell him to suck on something. There are many available things for him to sink his teeth into or lips around.
Fingers, ears, breasts, toes, neck, random kisses on the belly, down under. There are so many places on the body to keep his lips occupied. Every time he talks tell him you want him to bite here or suck there.

My boyfriend tells me to stop talking and kiss him if I start talking...which is almost never because talking during sex is kinda weird!
