How do u know if your co worker is flirting, or genualy interestead, just by looking at body language

When standing in a circle with other individual watch were her feet our pointing... if there pointed your way she's interested in what you saying. If you make a half attempt at a joke that doesn't even make you chuckle, and they manage a luff then you might have something there. Espacially if you talk about things that are not very interesting but there interested you've got them there. Its all about attention and were its at, keep in mind a person has to have intentions that motivate attention...
