Airport Administrative Facilities: Building 14 houses the Port Authority's maintenance and administrative headquarters. Approximately 400,000 square feet in size, the space is leased from Japan Airlines Management Corporation and is adjacent to Japan Airline's new cargo building. The site also includes Building 145. The General Aviation Terminal is approximately 19,000 square feet in size, and has been in operation since April 1994.

Building 14 is the International Terminal... it is Terminal 4... Terminal 1 is on the West side of the airport and Terminal 4 is on the South East side... so not really close but within walking distance, they also have a shuttle however...
