you weigh a lot for your height alex. but don't be discouraged by your weight. I 'm positively sure that you're a sexy and handsome guy. and u cannot lost 5 kilograms a weeks. and starving yourself makes you fatter. because your metabolism drops when you starve. and it's not the fat that your body living off it's the muscle. that's why starving is an anorexic and crash diet. eat 3 small meals and two healthy snacks a day. the more healthy food you eat, the faster you motabolism grows and when your metabolisms is fast, your food digest faster and you'll lose wieght when you speed up your metabolism. and walking for half an hour burns 180 calories. and 5 kilograms = 35000 calories. beacause each pound = 3500 calories. and if you want to lose weight, you ahve to stop starving and exercise. the most you'll lose per week is about 1-2 pounds. and you're not gonna lose 10 pounds or 5 kilo a week. I don't knwo what you're thinking but you must be dreaming. it's impossible. try out my diet plan and the plan that all celeberties used and please stop staarving yourself. be patient, dieting isn;t fast. you're not gonna walk for 1 kilometer a day and burn off 5 kilo's a week. be realistic. and you have to walk about 3-4 kilometers per day and eat healthy if you want to lose 1-2 pounds a week. good luck. the begining of this diet is not easy but the results for you is definetly worth it.

Well first start eating more! One meal a day will probably allow you to lose some weight but you are literally starving yourself. You are also changing your body compostion and actually becoming fatter. You need to eat vegetables, fruits and proteins. (chicken, eggs, turkey) As long as you stat active you don't need to worry about gaining weight. Proteins need energy(calories) to be digested (this is called thermogenesis) Approx. 33% of the calories from protein are used to break the protein down. I don't think it is possible to lose 11 pounds in a week (unless you want to cut off a arm). A pound of fat is equal to 3500 calories, so you need to expend 3600 x 11= 39600 calories. You are already eating too little, so you can only go the walking route. The average person burns 88 calories per mile. So by going this way you need to walk 450 miles! I would recommend eating more protein (thermogenesis), drink ICE cold water (your body uses calories to heat the water so it can pass through your body) and walk 30 minutes a day. Doing some resistance training will also help. Do resistance training 3x week, alt. days, on the other days walk, ride a bike, jump rope (excellent fat burner) . I hope this helps but stop starving yourself you will have more problems if you continue!

Eatting one meal a day, and losing that much weight in a week is unhealthy. Lower your weight loss goal and eat 3-5 smaller meals a day.
