Most of the time acne has nothing to do with what you eat/how you live =( I wish it did though -
It will eventually go away - But untill then, the only thing you can do is see a skin specialist or doctor and see what they have to say -
Just dont rub your face, or the bacteria spreads, and therefore spread your acne - Also, always leave it open - dont use a fringe to hide or when you sleep, dont cover your face with a pillow or anything, or that will just make the acne a little more stubbon!
Drink alot of water, and see a skin spec - All i can recommend!

Do this-
Keep eating healthy, and make sure you drink LOTS of water. I use Noxema face wash. It's a cream that really deeps cleans without overdrying, and it's not horribly expensive :D Don't use toners or astringents. Blechh. Like murder for your face. Acne cream is good, but try a spot treatment instead. Just put a small amount on the zits.
Also buy a moisturizer. I use St. Ives brand with Coneflower. It's good because it penetrates deeply without clogging pores or making your face oily.
Smile! Stress also causes zits. If this doesn't start to help you within a week or so, you might want to see a dermatologist.
Hope your skin is happier. :)
P.S. -Wet your face with warm water before using the noxema, and splash with really cold water and pat dry before putting the lotion on. And don't be afraid to put the lotion on over your zits. AND make sure you put the zit cream on before the lotion. :)

I have the same problem. I do all of the things you do. There really is no cure, some people just have worse genetics than other. Most likely, you have oily skin, and you are doing the right things. If you do have oily skin,(greasy)try putting witch hazel on your forehead chin and nose before bed, for it acts as a toner, reducing oil on the skin. Change your pillowcase every week because there is oil buildup on there from your face. Put your hair up in a high bun to keep it away from your face and neck during sleep or working out, for its oils may cause breakouts too. Watch what shampoo you use too, if you use it for a week, washing as you normally do, and your hair is oily, then you should consider changing.
Good luck!
Peace Out!

the cleanser and medication from the drugstore or mall may be irritating your face due to not enough BHP and too much alcohol, which can irritate all skin types. try not using the store bought cleansers and commonly heard of medications like Clearasil and oxy pimple cream and use skin exfoliating soaps by lancome or clinique. both work very well and do not cause breakouts.
talk to a dermatologist about getting rid of the acne with more reliable medication if the exfoliating acne scrubs don't help or make it worse.
Good luck!!!

Well I hope you using the right type then. Clearsil happens to be really good with acne etc.And yes do drink more then about 12 glasses a day of water. Its not about you touching them or anything, this could happen because of you are stressed. If you really think its bothering you still, go to your doctor and he'll probably give you some antibiotics.

ok. i've got acne when i was 8-9 years old (it's the truth i swear!). it only cleared up when i was 14.
i used lots of toner and moisturiser everyday. one of my friends told me to use a mild facial mask every 2-3 days as it really really helps the skin renewal process. it does!
actually, washing your face when it's oily and greasy really makes a difference since you're not giving the dirt a chance to clog up your pores that will make your face oilier and more prone to pimples. so washing more than twice a day it's okay, especially in a tropical country like mine.
every night, i use lots of moisturiser because it calms the skin. it'll be really really smooth in the morning!

don't use night cream and try Oil of Olay sensitive skin cleanser, for day cream well that is hard to figure out because every on e is so different...don't use face cloths..rinse your face alot..if your face is getting worse it MAY be a sign that all the impurities are coming out and this is good, but that all depends on what products you are using

Hello,
Be sure not to touch your acne and drink lots of water (no diet sodas or other beverages).
But besides that, here are three simple things that can make a world of difference for you: Make sure you exclude dairy products (includes cheese, yogurt, ice cream, low fat dairy products) etc. For me, dairy products exacerbate my acne.
Also, watch any white flour based products as well as refined sugars (i.e. sugars not found in fruits).
I hope this helps.
