I have had one done and was told i had to come back again for another. In all i had 4 done before i was given the ok. A Colonic is where they place a tube just inside your anus, and flushes the anus and intestines with oxygenated water to flush out impacted matter from your intestines. Most times more than one visit is needed. And the good thing is that it does not hurt one bit, i thought it would but i was surprised when it didn't. It is also called colon irrigation.
