Unplug the computer, turn on a radio for background music, and do your studying in small increments. Use a timer for breaks so you don't find something else to occupy your time. You may need to get outside help from your school, they can talk with you about your habits and find a good way for you to study.

Perhaps a time schedule will help you manage your tasks. Create a schedule that allocates time for study and time for computer activities. You could study for an hour or the time needed to complete the assignment and then have 15 minutes for computer use.
