Technically, the way you look at it you just need to burn all the calories you eat, plus some in a day - so if you ate junk, but burned all the calories - you should be losing weight.
However, your body still needs vitamins - so eat some healthy foods. The problem with people dieting is they completely take out the foods they love, and then when they reach their weight, they start snacking on it again and gain it all back.
Anything is healthy in moderation, so enjoy your slice or two of pizza, and exercise.

Theres a small chance..
You can eat whatever you want
as long as you watch the calorie and fat intake.
like eating 4 pieces of pizza might be all you could eat for the whole day..
