The best for you may not be the cheapest. Get a book on Yoga at the local library and try that, or take up walking or running.

Sit some place in your house or room where you have a window. Open it. Close your eyes slowly, and breathe deeeeply through your nose, feel the air filling up your stomach first, then inhale abit more to the chest, and then your throat. Hold it there feeeling the pressure, and slowly let the air out the other way down, from the throat to the stomach last. Try lo loosen up your back when you're inhaling in the chest, and just hear yourself breathing.
Then if you liked this, you can get more into yoga and meditation. There are thousand of exercises, but maybe just changing your way of breathing is a great start.
Your body needs oxigentaion and so do your muscles.Hope it helped!
