it can be 1 is all it takes started at 16 and now I am sorry quite1 year ago do you want my doctors bill for lighting that first smoke just say no plan and simple my hole life has changed and I wish I never picked up that first one

Have known very few people who smoked one cigarette and quit after that. Don't even try that first one. The younger age a person starts smoking, the harder it is to quit. Intelligent people do not smoke.

I have no idea about how long it takes .. but do know that nicotine takes out all the moisture out of your body and that is why people look older than they do ... and when you get older that isn't a good thing ...

and this wont take long it all, one half of a pack will do
