HELP! I feel so lost and confused! I met this really nice guy who I worked with and I really liked him! BUT...

He had a gf who I also worked at the same place, but he really wasn't happy with her. Me, him and a few others from work went on a night out and i got really drunk and he took care of me. (nothing happened!) but he said that he really liked me and i told him that nothin could happen! Only he was saying how unhappy he was and he broke up with her the next day! He asked me out i said yes on the condition that he tells her 1st and that she's ok with it! she was really good about it, but i could tell she was struggling so i told her if she wasn't ok with it then that was ok and i'd break it off! She said no she wanted us to be happy, so we carried on and things were goin great because something really clicked between us. On weds i went to work she was ther and i thought nothin of it cos he told he me i cud trust him. But after he went really weird and l8er broke up wiv me! Now his ex follows him everywhere! I asked him if he was back wiv her and he said no, i don't know what to think!!

Talk to her, I thought the guy was a bit of a freck because like you he is dating in the workplace. Its a very immature way to handle you personal business. You sound navie so you'll learn your lesson, but him on the other hand should know a little better since he has done it before.... ether way you should never mix the two are you'll end up in situations like this. One thing is it shows a lack of understanding about the nature of relationships. Which is that they do break-up, there is no gaurantee they'll work, but if you like your job your gaurantee to see them there again. But you want your answer talk to her, you'll know real quick which way its going. And now everytime you see him, remeber if you would of kept your personal and professional life different you wouldn't be there hurting about it everytime you see him at work....
