This is how each religion views each other:

Muslims: They believe that Christians, Jews and Muslims worship the same God. Even though they have different practices, they will still be judged by the same God and go to heaven.
Christians: They believe that they are the only way due to the Trinity or Jesus Christ. They believe that Muslims are going to hell, well everybody who doesn't believe their way.
Jews: I actually have no idea what they think. I just know that they are similar like the Muslims. They don't worship Jesus either.

Here is a verse from the Quran that supports the idea of Jews, Christians and Muslims are the same:

[2:62 & 5:69] Surely, those who believe, those who are Jewish, the Christians, and the converts; anyone who (1) believes in GOD, and (2) believes in the Last Day, and (3) leads a righteous life, will receive their recompense from their Lord. They have nothing to fear, nor will they grieve.

I really don't know why we can't just focus on our similarities. Muslims, Jews and Christians all worship the same God.

There is some confusion over the Islamic use of the word 'infidel'. The use of infidel in Islam is to describe a non-believer of one of the three Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam). Therefore a non-believer is one who is not of a monotheistic religion (believing in one God). In fact Abrahamic was a term of islamic origin to link all three religions. Muslims are taught by the Qu'ran (ignore the extremists as they are forever stuck in their ways) to respect the beliefs of any religion that believes in the one, divine God. Over the many centuries and with current day pressures this has been forgotten and many have become close-minded. The problem nowadays is that people are ignorant when it comes to other peoples' beliefs. Most Christians believe that Judaism is the only other 'right' religion and vice versa as someone who replied before me said 'Christians and Jews are in no way associated with Muslims, we did not all come from the "same tree". Christians and Jews worship the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob, not some false god named "allah"'.

No Christian who follows the teaching of the Bible hates Jewish people or anyone else for that matter. I don't personally know any Christian who is hateful to anyone else and I know a lot of Christians. Just because there are people who say that they belong to a certain religion who act hateful doesn't mean that people from that religion in general are hateful to others. Just like because some Muslim extremists go around blowing people up doesn't mean that Muslims as a whole are terrorists.

Extremists in all religions give their religion a bad name. It doesn't matter what branch or faction of which religion they're from.

As far as being from the same branch, religiously speaking, Jews don't believe in other religions since theirs was first and others are not mentioned in the Torah. Christians only believe in the Jewish religions since Christianity came second and Judaism is mentioned in the Bible. Muslims believe in the Jewish and the Christian religions since both religions are mention in the Koran.

CJ, one must know what one is talking about before opening one's mouth and taking a dump. Do you actually know anything about anything? LOL

They all believe their thoughts are the only right ones, which is more a 'manly' 'pride/issue and has nothing to do with God -imho.

Jewish, Christian, Muslim = Hmmm, Trinity without knowing it? All believe in God just have different dogmas on how to manipulate their followers - and in more present day keep them from leaving the church which is where you get different sect/denominations from (personalized religion as opposed to how it had been since 500ad, institutionalized religion - before that it was just about God without mans intervention). As all three of the Books say ... "There is but One True God" and I believe them.

Grace B: I am not sure where your information is from. 1) Judaism believes that Muslims have absolutely no problem with "G-d is One", and they have the same G-d !! (Obviously, Jews believe that Moses' prophecies were never undone, and we're certainly not please with those Muslims who are terrorists.) 2) I am not so knowledgeable about Christianity (it's rough enough trying to be knowledgeable about Judaism), but whatever branches of Christianity don't have "G-d is One" in the Jewish sense, is not a problem for Jews. That is our commandment !! (Also, as I said before, we don't believe that any of Moses' prophecies were undone, and we are certainly not pleased with those who try wiping us out.)
Also, when the question was asked, "the same tree" was probably Abraham.
Take care.
Mark

Hi, I asked this question a while back.
I got so many replies showing that islam does not say to love but calls for purity of the muslim faith. It also calls for jihad against the infidels who dont believe.
I was a little shocked, but after doing a bit of research my self, i see that it could be interpreted that way.
There are people who go to the extreme in all religons.
Any how,
Cant we all get along (quote from Rodney King hehehe)

Not everyone is hateful towards others it is just the few that get the attention. Look at the Christian factions. Most Protestant groups are intolerant and uncharitable toward Roman Catholics for some reason or another. This is ridiculous. What happened to "love thy neighbour"? Relligion makes people weird instead of nice.

Because the "tree" is the one "satan" PLANTED, or haven't you noticed that the prophets of these religions were all MURDERERS, faithful servants of the SAME "god." Christianity (Judeo) has it's roots in the Roman Empire, NOT the doctrines of Yezua (Jesus) and the "church" that murderously spread these doctrines with the help of their own army for around 16 centuries. You answered your own question on how each religion preaches love and peace without judgement, BUT their "actions" in "reality" have shown them to be nothing more than "hypocrites," and it can all be read in any history books of the religeous past.....

Your premise is incorrect.

The Muslim religion DID NOT come from the same tree as the Christian and Jewish religion.

The God of the Christian and Jewish religions is Yahweh. The god of the Muslim is Allah who is the false moon god; in short, he is a demon.

Muslims teach that all those who do not follow Allah are infidals and should be killed.

The Jews hate the Muslims because they know that they do not worship Yaweh, but rather the false god Allah. It is also predicted in te Bible that there would be hatred between the two nations of Jews and Arabs for all time as stated by Ida.

The Jews hate the Christians because they believe that God is ONE and that Jesus Christ, who claims to be God; the second person of the Trinity, is blasphemous.

Christians who are truly Biblical show love and respect toward the Jews as they are "God's chosen people; the apple of His eye." They feel it is their duty to show them that Jesus Christ is their awaited Messiah.

Christians who are truly Biblical feel compassion for the deceived Muslims. They feel it is their duty to show them that Jesus Christ is the Truth, the Life, the Way.
