Not complicated because I believe that God and Jesus Christ are not the same person, i believe that they are 2 separate beings but with the same purpose. To me, it makes alot more sense and is less complicated to explain that they are 2 separate beings.

By the way, Ida. That whole 10% of the brain thing is a myth. Scientists know, and have pretty much always known, since we first started studying the brain, that we use ALL of it.

Scientists used to say that we only use 10% of our brains (don't know if that is still the case). My speculation is that somehow in heaven, God "flicks the switch" and the other 90% is fully engaged. Then doctrines like the Trinity, free will, etc. will make sense.

I was brought up a Roman Catholic from the fifties and sixties so God was not really complicated as such but he was a mean scary SOB. Through the years I have changed my perception to be that of a kind old Grampa who is hard of hearing!

Not complicated at all. He spells out what he wants in the Holy Bible. You either do it or you don't. He gave us that "free will". It's that simple!
