“I do not think that it is necessarily the case that science and religion are natural opposites. In fact, I think that there is a very close connection between the two. Further, I think that science without religion is lame and, conversely, that religion without science is blind. Both are important and should work hand-in-hand.”- Albert Einstein

Well someone actually tried that - sort of. They said something was an Act Of God and their Insurance wouldn't pay because they called it malicious damage or something. The person took them to court and said prove God exists or doesn't exist. They paid up.

If you want to sue God for you being born I suggest you start with your parents, you might need them as witnesses although you might want to sue them too... if they hadn't conceived you you wouldn't be here asking such a dumb question.

Maybe you should consult your local Priest, minister, Rabbi or Witch Doctor first for more information on the existence of God. Unless you are certain God exists, how can you sue? And then there is the problem of the summons.... who's gonna take it up there and give it to him?

I figure also with Attorney costs and court costs and transportation costs (its a long way to the court in Heaven) you'll need a couple of billion dollars up your sleeve to start with, and if you lose...... There's probably a space reserved for you down below with your name on it.

Yes, there is such a court and you will have your opportunity to present your case there one day, may God have mercy on your soul.

Revelation 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Your in it up to your eyebrows buddy.

That's what we are here for, to understand what our purpose is. Blaming God is one way of looking at it but it may not be very helpful in the long term.

There is a court where you will be judged by your maker and being you see fit to blaspheme God your outcome isn't looking too good.

yes, when you die you will see not just the Court but also the judges, lawyer and i am sure there must be enough stationary to lay your grievances, what i am not sure is how much time you will be given. you may be better doing his work on earth just in-case the reverse becomes the case.

* We will stand before a righteous judge when we die.
* We are all sinners, unworthy to be let into a perfect heaven.
* Followers of Christ who have surrendered control of their life to Him will receive mercy.
* Non believers will receive justice
* Mockers and scoffers will be treated especially harshly.
* It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of an angry God.
