Allevert is now sold over the counter and is very good. Also try elevating the head of your bed, or using more pillows under your head and shoulders, and raising the humidity in your room. Both of these help your nose drain so that you breathe easier.

I suffer from the same thing as you!
Sad for us. : (
Claritin D works best, plain ol' Claritin doesn't really relieve the nose congestion as well.
P.S. if you know you are going to be around allergens take the Claritin D prior to, it is better to take it before you actually have the symptoms. (Drink lots of water)

benadryl has been around for a long time...it sometimes make u drowsy so try it before u go to work,like on a weekend or sometime to c how u react to it
