See http://www.coolnurse.com/ about acne. Some people find Ti Tree oil works, but I don't know what concentration to use. Read the label on the bottle. Dilute it down and apply a dab under your chin to see how you tolerate it, for a few hours, before trying it on your face, and err on the side of caution. You may have a mild case of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, so I would see a doctor about it. No coffee, tea or chocolate, Coke, Pepsi, Red Bull, Mountain Dew, or Excedrin. Caro, Ecco, and Carob based chocolate substitutes are OK, as are decaffeinated Coke or Pepsi, as long as they don't contain Aspartame, which is also in Equal, Nutrasweet, and some diet colas and sodas. Acne usually improves as you get past your teens: mine did. There isn't much point in worrying about germs; just use a non soap based cleanser morning and evening, and the Ti Tree oil is antiseptic, too. Laser treatments, and some other products can help with acne scarring, so another visit to a dermatologist, possibly a different one, is worth a try.

What ever the situations in life, we should accept it as the ordinary happenings of life or an opportunity to grow. What ever problems that had happened to you is actually an opportunity to find the real courageous person in you. So, for that you need to read books of great people like Mahatma Gandhi and Swami vivekananda. No matter whateverr religion you belongs to, Swami Vivekananda's books are real support for the less motivated and for the less happy and also for people who want to do something for the rest of the poor and the helpless of our vast country.
Get copy of "Thoughts of power" a small pocket size book written by Swami Vivekananda, which can fire your brain and try to practise the small small principles in your daily life. tell your self and ask your self, that what you want to do in this life ? There is no time for crying, we have lot of things that can be done for our family and for the society. So why don't we start.
Also learn Suryanamaskar, a yoga excercise, which will illuminate your brain and thus get lot of enery and unparallel enthusiasm and confidence. Also learn Pranayama, the breathing excercise in yoga, which can clean your nervous system and their by help you to become more concontrated and happy all the time. So you will wonder, after three months, if you do it everyday , that Am I the same person who were complaining ?!!! That is the power of Pranayama. Do it every day through out your life. Every day early morning after bath and before breakfast, do it without even missing a day. Find out some person reliable, who can teach you both Suryanamaskar (do it 13 times at a time) and Pranayama (Anulom-Vilom Pranayama). Within One year you will become a very different person and you can do all good things in life!

You have TWO 'sicknesses' ... you have 'really bad acne' that has made you 'self conscious' and you have 'obsessive-compulsive disorder' on top of that. I'm sorry that you are this way, but you CAN GET HELP! Go to a 'mental health institution' and ask for an 'evaluation' by a psychiatrist, and for 'therapy' for your 'ocd.' You need to also go to a 'university hospital' dermatology clinic and get help for your acne ... and TELL THEM EVERYTHING ... about your past prescriptions and about your 'wiping with tissues' and your being afraid to let other people touch your face. YOU WILL GET HELP. YOU WILL BE FINE!

You just sound like you are very self conscious over your skin. Many, many people suffer from bad skin. Washing it too much can be as bad as not enough. And tissue paper is made from wood which could be more harmful than a clean towel. There is a product on American T.V. called Proactive. I know a few people who use it and they swear by it. Check it out , it might be just what you need. Right now they are offering it for $19.99 for a months supply.

You need some counseling.
Sounds like you have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and maybe some of the criteria for Body Dysmorphic Disorder.
But telling the internet wont help. See a psychologist or a psychiatrist.

You can possibly be creating an illness all your own . I drink lots of water and only wash my face with very very warm water no soaps no chemicals. Eat less red meat and more chicken and fish. Eat less white bread it gives women more complications than we can keep up with, mainly because when our bodies break it down it becomes sugar. A whole lot of Sugar isn't that good for you. You should consider carrots, bananas, lots of green veggies in your diet. Let us know how this works for you.

Yes. You definately have a phobia of germs. Maybe seek mental health because that, like your acne, could cause you to become more an 'indoor' person.
