Depends where you are. Here in the USA (I've lived in NC and NJ) most of the time it is Monday-Friday, although you can take the theory test in NJ on a Saturday morning at some places.

Not a Driving Test. But you CAN have lessons on a Sunday - I had a few paid lessons on a Sunday Afternoon.

This depends on your area. I know that in Northern Ky you can only take the test on Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 p.m. In some areas in Ohio you can take the test on a Saturday but between 11 and 4 in some areas. Every area is different you would have to check with your licensure board.

No.

There are no driving test centres open on a Sunday (these are Government civil servants we are talking about - it's hard enough to get them to work Monday to Friday...).
