Is it related to personality? is it related to experience?Is it something that can be improved or learned? I feel that inspite of my repeated mistakes I still don't understand what to say or do or correct.

It is a combination. It's really all about what kind of guy you want to attract. I you dress in skimpy clothing and wear ghotti makeup.. you probably attract shallow, ignorant guys. Conservative yet classy and sexy with out all the skin and a modest amount of makeup.. probably a more intelligent, romantic guy. Or at least that's my theory.
There is a matter of personality... My advice is to say less and listen more. You learn more about people if you just let them talk and talk and talk.. lol. You really have to know what you want before you even get started in the dating field. And if you don't know yet.. you'll learn quick and that's where the experience comes in. You'll learn to look out for warning signs like a guy that has some issue with his mom.. or he drinks too much etc.

You just haven't matured yet. One day it will all hit you like a rock. Be patient. We women are pretty intelligent!
