I have had problems with grinding of teeth due to something called temporal mandibular jaw syndrome and at the time that I found out about this I was given a mouth guard as well. I had to get mine from an oral surgeon but check with your dentist as the other poster suggested. Also, find out from them if they can do it themselves or if you will have to see the oral surgeon for that work to get done.

If you go to a dentist, they can give you a special mouth guard thing which prevents your teeth grinding. Good luck!

You could chew gum. It's difficult to grind your teeth when there's gum in your mouth.
