History is different depending on what country you live in. What Americans are taught about American history is different from what other countries are taught about American history, with respect to conflicts we have had with other countries. Which one is the truth? Are they all true, but written from different perspectives? The same sort of thing goes on with religion.
To the ones who insist that thiers is the only correct path, anything else is mythology.
To some of those who don't believe in religion at all, it's all mythology.
To some others, it's polytheism.

Mythology (or Myths) are explanations to observations from nature. For example, Jupiter sends thunders to earth, so this is the explanation for the existence of storms.
Religion DOES NOT explain nature. it is based in faith: in other words, nature and its phaenomenoms would still exist without religion or without gods.

None!
Well, you could say that Mythology is what was then and religion is what is now.
Arguably, mythology is a lot more fun!

Mythology is a whole lot of guys making up interesting stories, over a long time and everyone else starts believing they are all true and that they tell us how to live.
Religion is a few elected set of people who wrote books, in a relatively shorter time and everyone else starts believing they are all facts and that they tell us how to live.

The main difference is time. When old Gods are no longer worshipped they become Mythology.

Ok religion is about worshiping God, The one true God who created everything, In his sons name Jesus God will give you his Holy spirit and bless your life.
now mythology is the worship of gods and goddesses and they were from the offspring of the angels that mated with Adam and eves daughters and that's why God had the flood of Noah to wipe out their offspring because they polluted the human line, who? Satan, go read Genesis 6 and see it. So mythology is the worship of theses false gods, they are really fallen angels or demons, they are the same, they are not with Jesus and the Father who is the creator, so it amounts to idolatry and demon worship, read this and see the one true God and his spirit!

mythology is just a religion no one believes in anymore.
if YA had been invented circa 30 B.C., the Christian fundies would instead have been ramming Zeus down our throats.
