Firs question not true, just a hoax.

Second question: A vaccine for AIDS has still not been developed. The reason for this is the virus keeps changing itself (its called mutation). If you actually study the virus it belongs to a class of viruses called retro-viruses and it uses an enzyme called reverse transcriptase to replicate itself. This particular enzyme often creates changes in the virus (To be more specific the viral DNA) and a new kind of virus is generated. Thus AIDS is not due to one virus i.e. HIV but many variants of HIV are present. So it has still not been possible for scientists to create a vaccine for AIDS.

They are working on a vaccine, but there isn't one for people to use yet, no.

There has been at least 1 case that I read about, and saw something on Discovery Channel on---a prostitute in South Africa who seems to be immune to HIV entirely. They have been using and studying her blood (with her permission) to look for a possible vaccine, or to see why she is immune. They think there may be others like her. She was a good case to study, as she had been exposed to HIV dozens or hundreds of times b/c of her job, yet never contracted it. They have tried infecting her blood (in the lab, not actually experiments on her) but he blood can't be infected.

There is a strain of HIV that has been detected in a few people in Australia vey early on (1980's) that does not go on to AIDS itself.
