This is really simple and only slightly evil.
Get some electrical tape (black) and wrap it around the sink spray handle in the kitchen, so when anyone turns on the faucet they get a blast to the chest. It's a shocker!

there's the classic, yell "FIRE", but other things are effective too.....tell your parents that policemen are at your front door, yell "incoming"......I'm going to wake my kids up with "there's a kangaroo on the front porch", or something crazy like that. Early in the morning is good....you catch everybody off guard when they're half asleep ! We used to play tricks on our dad all day long. We rigged the toilet seat with those firecrackers that pop when you pull the strings....(long time ago)

you could try this one, quite funny (especially whe you have guests round):
go behind the sofa and wait until someone sits on it. then as they get up, rip a piece of paper in half and they'll think its their trousers ripping.

put on clingfilm around the door frame and when they get up they go bashing in to it and this one put a chunk of baby powder outside their door and blow it under with a hairdryer huge clouds will come through like they are floating through the air
