The best way is the casual way - "maybe we could go see a movie sometime?"
Or the friendly and direct version - "Let's go get lunch!"

Be really nice. Don't seem to rush into it eventhough you're head over heels for her. Smile and just be a "friend" and be there for her always. Then one day, take her our for coffee or ice-cream or something and then just ask her, how'd you like to go out sometime, you know, on a date...Be really nice about it and don't force her. You got that...You got her :)

DON'T! That will mess it all up. If you see her all the time, why do you need to ask her out? Let it flow, be charming and cool and before you know it, she will ask YOU out!

Nicely tell her you are really thinking about seeing her more than just at school etc. Tell her you really think she is the one for you, and that you want her to get to know you more and get to know her more. Tell her if she is interested, and wants to have an icecream, or catch a movie...

ok you just need to see if she likes you that way but dont make it obvious that you want to ask her out act like someone else wants to know and then act like your being sarcasic and sa what u dont like me that way or something!
