Unlike this, our ancestors who used to do everything straining their various body parts, which would give exercise equally to all parts of the body. This, I attribute as the main reason for the secret health of our earlier generation compared to us. Coming to Internet Browsing, this is again an example of physical inactivity. The radiation from the Monitor will affect your eyes leading to eye related diseases. Inactivity leads to Blood Pressure and other related consequences. Due to the physical posture at the time of browsing, you can also develop spondulitis due to lack of movement to the neck joint. Internet browsing is definitely a window for a person to outside world to enrich his knowledge in any field, but is to be done judiciously.
