I'm taking a lot of liberties in translating this into English, but do you mean, "do we give poor people enough", huh ??
In some cases we give WAY too much, enabling whole cultures to stagnant and live off the dole for generations. In some cases we knowingly "throw" money at poverty in other countries when we know it isn't going to get to the people in need, but rather go directly to the wealthy in power.
Now, without knowing who "we" is, it gets more complicated, but my guess is that you'd like the western nations, the United States in particular to give your particular group more money. Did I translate this correctly??

Civilization is a man-made word.
It means that we live in cities.
Huh...imagine that. I live in a city. That means that I'm civilized no matter what I do. The definition says so.

I would say no, but it is coming. We are an evolving race of beings who will experience a great awakening.
This question depends on your view of the universe. If you are a physicalist, you will see things different than if you see things spiritually from an eternal point of view.
