What you're doing won't do much at all.
You need a lot more cardio. Try 20 minutes before and after. Get a personal trainer and tell him what you want to look like, and ask him to give you a solid weight training regime; write down everything he tells you to do so you can do it yourself (and save a lot of money).

you need to start a resistance training program that is based on compound exercises. along with a diet that provides a caloric excess you will gain some mass. your weight is very light for your height you can stand to gain about 40-50 lbs. lift, stretch then eat.

You are doing fine. Keep working at it. That is the only way you will achieve your goal.
