I used to play an online game with a guy from Canada who spoke English pretty well, but it was NOT perfect. Through chatting with me and other Americans he really improved his English. (No other players from English-speaking countries were available). Anyway, we all had a lot of fun, and he learned to speak English properly from me (I made it a rule to try to always speak as properly as I could) and he learned a lot of profanity from the guys that we played with and a lot of "slang" words besides the obvious dirty words that you probably already know. We played together for about 3 months and when we were done with the game I could REALLY tell the difference. You have a computer. I would recommend using it in a fun way..... rather than some dry old English class, speak to someone who speaks the language (but try to find someone a little older, they spell better. I can't understand what the average 15 year old is trying to type). Good luck to you! All you need is one patient English speaking friend who is interested in learning about your country.

After rereading your question, I see that you want advice on how to speak properly rather than read and write properly. I do not wish to seem rude, but I feel the need to tell you that you do not quite have the English language mastered as well as you think that you do. Your sentence should read, "I am now in 12th class. I can understand and write English well, but I cannot speak English fluently. Send me some good ways to speak English well."

I don't mean to sound like a snob, but I think that you will benefit from more reading, writing, and speaking. You are doing much better than many native English speakers that I have seen though! Congratulations on your hard work. English is a difficult language to learn.

Get a recorder and record your own voice, reading or speaking in English, try to think in English too, listen to the radio and watch TV.
Also get a dictionary and try to perfect your writing skills, make sure you spell correctly, example, you wrote weather instead of whether, you should say speak not spoke, spoke is in past tense, fruquently s/b frequently, try Encarta, they have very good English tests for free, and you can type in a word on the dictionary and listen to the pronunciation.
http://encarta.msn.com/encnet/features/dictionary/dictionaryhome.aspx
Try to learn at least one word daily, how to pronounce it, read it, write it and the meaning, this way you will have a bigger repertoire of words.
Also you need to start speaking whether is good or bad, you need to start feeling comfortable and loose the shyness of speaking English.
One thing that worked for me because I had no one to practice with, was listening to songs and writing the lyrics then I would try to compare what I wrote to the actual lyrics and see what mistakes I made and corrected them and this way I learned a lot of words.
Trust me that this is a good way, I live in Mexico and have always worked for American people who compliment me on my English all the time.

I'm afraid your written English is far from perfect, however, I don't like to criticise when English isn't your first language. You can speak my language a lot better than I can speak yours.

As for spoken English. Listen to English language radio, watch English language television and films, read magazines and newspapers in the language and get to know English speakers. If you immerse yourself in the language, your skills will improve.

there's only about 6 ways we put together sentences. Master them. It's not too hard...

Find yourself a very good tutor. and have then work with you . And not only the tutor, find someone from the States that will practice with you for hours. Trade off for your language lessons..

Then commit to presentations. Look for opportunities to read in front of small groups. Instead of turning in a report, ask if you may read it in the classroom. At a play, ask to do the introduction. find some ways you can use English.

Instead of reading your assigments, read them aloud. Even create a study group, but make sure you only speak the correct language.

Commit to ONLY speak the english language for a few weeks period,

All in all you need a lot of speakiing practice (some of it in front of people for learning under stress), you need to ensure you have the basic rules correct. aand you need to commit time to speaking only english.

Good Luck!

Communication is the key to perfect your spoken language. Fluency can be achieved only by communicating with your friends and others. Reading books & watching english programs on TV would also definitely help you.

Read primary books again. See English films and serials. Keep on practising speaking the conversations from story books. The last suggestion is very efficacious.

My suggestion to you is that you start reading newspapers and books at home. You can also take the help of the coaching institution. Read one word by one aloud in front of mirror and say to yourself that I can do it and will do it. Because this is the only way by which you can improve your English speaking skills. All the best.

Listen to English news broadcasts and try repeating what they say. Also subscribe to Reader's Digest magazine. Practice reading aloud from the magazine.
"I cannot spoke English" is not correct; it should be "I cannot speak English." You put "fruquently," did you mean "fluently"?
"Fruquently" is not a word.

also read some English grammar books and work on the exercises given in it...
it may take you one or more months but the improvement is sure.

Talk English as much as possible! My brother is married a woman who speaks Khmer. The only way to speak English is to use the language all the time. Forget your language, for awhile.
I think the biggest fear in foreigner's are they instantly think if they do not use their language it will be forgotten. Another factor. If your plans are to live, breath in the USA permanently is to except our ways and forget your heritage language until your able to master ours. Your life will become easier and won't get trapped into misunderstanding of cheaters and liars.
