Iraq has witnessed more destruction in the last four years than in the 25 years of Saddam's rule or 9/11 or Katrina. War is futile except for any hidden agenda of the USA. Communism in Cuba and Venezuala is producing better results than this war.

I don't see where promoting communism would be an alternative to war. War is still going to be ... whether communist, capitalist, dictator or what have you.

The curbing of terrorism - well that has to happen here, inside America ... because the whole of our government and much of civilian society has been deeply infiltrated by the enemy.

The enemy is far more than just Bin-Laden, Afghanistan and Iraq. Many of those are merely the "hired thugs" used by the puppet masters so they are able to hide their face. Kinda like hiring a "hit man" to assassinate someone.

..."A thinking man knows ... you cannot conquer America by a sheer force of arms. There is only one way they would ever hope to pull it off ... a subversive infiltration, an invasion from deep within"...

Suffice it to say - they have been working this infiltration of our nation for DECADES. The attack on the Twin Towers was merely a diversion to mask their true agenda and form the building blocks for our destruction from within ... like the Patriot Act. Which ... by the way ... the Patriot Act ... is an ACT OF TREASON!

Neither system of communism nor capitalism is fully effective or "perfect". They each have their good and bad points. The best system exists in the merging or blending of the two.
A bit difficult to explain in a few short words or paragraphs certainly.

A socialist system of the people by the people for the people ... where there is an equalization in the wage base, fair and equitable taxation (only achieved through straight across the board sales tax on all things - thus eliminating selective, discriminatory taxation), dismantling and abolishing the I.R.S. - thus freeing billions of dollars and incalculable human resources that could be much better spent on human and planetary interests and concerns instead of number crunching and destroying peoples lives. The list goes on ... big corporate fat cats will have to kick down to the little guy, people will have to cease allowing politicians and special interests to keep making laws to create crime so they can build their machine, shut down the F.D.A. and the pharmaceutical industry - the biggest drug dealers in the WORLD!

"WE THE PEOPLE" - have a BIG JOB to do.

Prewar (WWII) Germany was peaceful and gave the people all they could desire. Sure a few, i.e. small percentage fell through the cracks but most were happy.

The Communism you tout is starving because they no longer have guaranteed markets. Real Communism is North Korea and I'm sure you are familiar with their personal dignity and wealth.

Communism in it's puristic application would be ideal. Except that it has never worked. When everything is provided the majority won't work unless threatened by punishment.

A failed system suggested as a substitute for war against a nation that kept the peace by killing anyone in their nation that was even suspected of disagreeing with the government.

What an amazing lack of comprehension you are showing.
Go study the actual ideas of communism and where it has been tried and failed, as well as why it failed.
Go look at the documents showing the horrors Saddam used to control his people.

Look at the millions communist states have killed to "keep the peace".

What silliness.

I have been thinking that Iraq should be put under communist rule for some time now. I just really dont know how that would go over with the public here in the states and how it would play out in the international community.

I don't think you have to jump from "war" to "promoting communism". That kind of either/or thinking is what got us in this mess in the first place.

But I do think it's worth looking at the extent to which America's version of capitalism and democracy and culture are playing into a more general conflict between those in the Muslim world who wish to conserve their traditional families, institutions, ways of life, etc, and what they perceive as a morally corrupt Western way of life (Hollywood, rampant consumerism, secularism, etc). I think this cultural conflict is much more pertinent to the spread of terrorism than the mere economic factors.

The USA has already had a one-party state during the Bush Administration and you see what kind of mess they made of it.

Besides, the USA already has a "corporate socialist" system in place.

that was the whole point of 9/11. thats why the government did it - to promote communism, which wouldn't fly without 9/11.

Yes...if this was the 1960s--I would tend to agree.

But except for a few countries, Communism is pretty much dead--just like neconservatism is right now.
