I believe in one God. That's it. A God that created everything that man has discovered, is currently discovering & yet to discover. I don't believe in the bible or christ as my savior. I believe God merely observes us & gave us freewill so we can decide for ourselves & make our own destiny. He doesn't intervene with our affairs. If we succeed, we do it on our own. The glory is ours alone & God wants us to feel that we don't owe Him anything for that success. If we fail, we do it by ourselves. We can't blame anyone but ourselves for that. I don't believe in heaven & in hell. I believe that our life force (soul) is a form of energy that is reborn when we die (reincarnation). Although I don't believe that we are reborn as a lower form of animal if we were "naughty" in our past life. So for I, death is constant because our "outer shell" deteriorates in time & needs to be shed whereas like I've said, our life force or soul (energy) does not undergo deterioration.

You sound like a deist.
I am an atheist, why do you think I am unworthy to "name your belief"?
I went through a deist phase en-route to atheism. I understand the attraction.

It sounds like you are a Christian with a lot of confusion added. You aren't taught those things I would guess, you derived them from your own understanding.
I would converse with you on this subject in detail if you want. I would be very interested on where in the scripture do you get some of that.

Sounds like you're some variety of Deist.

Though the idea of reincarnation is a little "out there" for a Deist. :-)
You might find the Belief-O-Matic quiz over at Beliefnet.com helpful:

It's fun, and it matches you up with a wide variety of religions and philosophies based on your answers, with write-ups for each one. The results can be very surprising.

No, really, it's all right, I don't mind answering. I'd call your belief sad, just like any other religious belief, though better than some. At least you don't blame god or satan when you screw up. Honestly, I don't see the point to beliefs like yours. Why believe in a god if you believe he doesn't care or interact with us? I mean, at that point, why bother? I really don't get it. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion (including me).

You sound a lot like a deist, as I am. Actually, neither you or I fit into a nice neat little label. Deist fits us more closely than anything else though.

I think of myself as a Deist....and you remind me of my own thoughts.
But, you may prefer to call your belief by another name.
True Deism....agree to disagree....because you are aware of the fact that one person cannot know everything.
Peace!

You have your own "self-made religion" which doesn't mean a thing....you created it out of your own mind for what you want to think makes you comfortable...it won't save you....in fact you have decided that you know more than the God you profess to believe in...since you are choosing to ignore everything He says is true and in your own arrogance want to believe in "your" religion instead. Good luck...but I want you to know what you have created in your own mind...will only keep you lost for all eternity.
If you ever decide you want to know the truth instead, then listen to what God has to say in that bible you don't believe in....His son Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the Life....no one gets to the Father, but by Me!"....maybe you should consider it!
