No, not if his name isn't on the birth certificate. And if he's not the biological father.
Marrying a man doesn't make him the legal father of your child.

Until he signs over all parental rights to the man you are married to and the man you are married to adopts your child the biological father pays child support. Your marriage does NOT negate the bio father's responsilbity.

In Washington state, if a man marries a woman who is pregnant by someone else, before the baby is born... then he will have to pay child support on that kid.

Yes. The biological father is still responsible. If your next husband or future husband adopts your child, and gives him/her a different last name.... then your X,,,,,and biological father does not have to pay.

The answer is yes. Unless his parental rights are terminated he still has the same rights and responsibilities as before. The mother's situation doesn't change the fact that he is still the child's father.

It depends on the laws of your state. If you marry or live with a man while you are pregnant, some laws say that he is considered the father even in the face of actual DNA proof that he is not (at least they used to; I haven't kept up with changes the past severalyears).

Yes. It is still his child.
He probably won't though. Many men I know who should be paying child support don't, or stop when the woman gets with another man. (Of course, many men are also decent, and WILL keep caring for the child they created.)
Congrats on the upcoming marriage
