Is there anyone who has tiny holes outside of their ear,and knows what it is and what causes it?

I'D LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE ELSE HAS THESE TINY HOLES AND IF IT EVER GETS INFECTED WHAT DO U DO.DOES IT EVER GO AWAY OR IS IT A CONSTANT THING?THANKS EVERYONE.

my husband has these, never been infected, and don't seem to be a problem, An old Chinese lady told his it means he will be rich and famous!! Good Luck!!!

ah..........it sounds like you have pierced ears..
Keep clean and put rubbing acholol on them.
