well, summer is just around the corner, and i want a nice body. being 5'6 and weighing 120.... and being 15.. i want to be able to show it off... and this spring break is even closer..please help me figure out what i need to do to get a fitter body..mostly the stomach being flatter. i am not fat.. but i have a little unecassary skin over the packs. lol. how do i get rid of it? pronto?..thanks. find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Well the stars use a system for this !! Its called doing a "Cleansing"..... its a laxitive......and cleanse out good, and then follow that with doing crunches......and eating only high protein foods..... like prunes, fruits, veggies......etc.... They do this to lose weight and tone up before being in movies. I'm sure there must be a web site about it. Then check with your family doctor before doing this,,,,to make sure its right for you.
